Disclaimer

We are still working on updating our inventory and setting up our online store. We advise you to contact us via the WhatsApp number found on our website to confirm your order.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@badolina.dk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

You can only exchange products; we do not offer refunds. This means you must order a new product. Exchanges happen within European countries, as international returns incur high shipping costs.

Customs and Border Control

Customers bear the cost of shipping when ordering products. We are not responsible if a product is damaged at customs. Customers must pay local customs fees. Our business is located in Denmark, and we pay VAT on all items in Denmark.

Badolina Denmark offers wool sweaters, t-shirts, hoodies, and other items in the category of clothing.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

Most of our customers visit the shop, see the products, and try them. If they wish to order products, they can do so online. The customer pays for the shipping cost and return cost. We can exchange the product, and once the product is bought, it can only be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as possible regarding your refund. Please make sure to contact us via the WhatsApp number found on our website to confirm your order. If we do not have the item in our inventory, we will refund your payment or inform you of the available products and sizes that you can order from.

Shipping and customs 

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with their orders. As a local business based in Copenhagen, Denmark, we comply with all applicable VAT and local tax regulations when selling items and products. Any local taxes or additional charges incurred at the destination are the customer's responsibility.

In the event that a customer wishes to exchange a product, the replacement item must be of equal or greater value. Please note that customers are also responsible for the shipping costs related to the exchange process. We do not offer refunds in the form of monetary reimbursement.

To ensure a proper fit, we encourage customers to verify their sizes prior to placing an order. Should there be any uncertainty regarding sizing, customers may contact us via the WhatsApp number listed in our contact information for assistance.
