COMPLAINTS
We provide a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers material and/or manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover errors or damages caused by improper handling of the product.
Complaints must be made in writing via email to badolina7@gmail.com. Please include any photographic documentation if possible. Badolina Denmark will cover your return shipping costs according to GLS’ current standard rates.

Packages sent COD (cash on delivery) are not accepted.
REFUNDS
If a refund has been agreed upon, please provide your bank details so we can transfer the agreed amount.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have a 14-day full return policy on items purchased in our webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order. You must cover the return shipping costs yourself.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us via email at badolina7@gmail.com. In your message, please make it clear that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form and send it back with the item. You can find it here: Withdrawal Form.
The shipment must be returned no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.
CONDITION OF THE ITEM WHEN YOU RETURN IT
You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words – you can try the item as you would in a physical store.
If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon withdrawal of the purchase, you may only receive a partial or no refund of the purchase amount, depending on the item’s commercial value.
To receive the full purchase amount, you must do the same as you would in a physical store. You may try the item, but not use it.

It is very important to us that you are happy with your new product and that it meets your expectations. If you have a complaint about a product purchased from our webshop, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate the matter further.
