Badolina Denmark receives payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, V PAY, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, Discover, JBC, China Union Pay and Mobilepay. (Mobilepay is only for cardholders with a danish bank account) Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.
All amounts are in Danish kroner (DKK).
Badolina Denmark uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that others cannot read your information.
Purchases from Badolina Denmark are delivered with GLS in Denmark, cf. its delivery times and terms.
We strive to ship your order within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation by email when we have received your order, and another email when your package is sent. You will thus receive a delivery package number, which you can use to track your package online. Time of delivery in Denmark will be approximately 2-3 business and for shipping outside Denmark will be based on the table below.
For orders above 1000 DKK, the products are delivered free of charge in Denmark to the GLS parcel shop which is closest to the address you have provided,
or to your private address.
For orders below 1000 DKK, the delivery costs are 39 DKK to Danish parcel shops, and 55 DKK to Danish private addresses.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
A 2-year right to make a complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect handling of the product.
Complaints must be made in writing by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please send an image of the products as documentation if necessary.
Badolina Denmark covers your return costs in Denmark in accordance with GLS` applicable standard rates.

Packages sent by COD are not accepted.
If a refund has been agreed, you must submit your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our web shop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order. You must bear the return costs yourself.
If you wish to exercise your right of return, you must inform us by e-mail. Write to email@example.com.
In the notice, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of return.

The shipment must be returned no later than 14 days after you have stated that you wish to exercise the right of return.
STATE OF THE ITEM UPON RETURN
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and the way it works. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item’s commercial value.
In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the product, but not take it into actual use.

It is very important to us that you are happy with your new product and that it lives up to your expectations. If you have a complaint about a product purchased in our web-shop, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate the matter further.
